Kaitlin Guarasci
Director of Client Services
Kaitlin’s focus is in identifying and nurturing new clients for Bay Area Research Logistics as well as maintaining previous customer connections with marketing campaigns and sales funnels. Kaitlin’s relationships with her colleagues are enormously important to her and she loves that BARL provides opportunities for skill development and to use her interest and talent in customer service to grow the business.
Kaitlin received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brock University, Pharmacy Technician Diploma at Niagara College, and studied Management with McMaster Continuing Education Center’s Business Administration program. Now she is pursuing an MBA at Athabasca University. With her hands-on experience as a Clinical Trial Coordinator at BARL for five years, and Research Coordinator at Hamilton Health Science’s Pharmacy Research Support Services for two, Kaitlin knows the business inside and out. Her love of learning drives her and inspires her to meet new people and build her network with a customer-focused mindset.
Outside of work, Kaitlin is focused on pursuing her education and personal development through the MBA program. She also enjoys playing volleyball, running, and spending time with her family.

Adam MacInnis
Logistics and Facilities Manager
Adam manages the logistics department of Bay Area Research Logistics and its facility including all critical equipment. He is the co-chair of the Joint Health & Safety Committee. He is passionate about his role at Bay Area Research Logistics because of the team that he works with at the company.
Adam received his Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University and has worked for multiple organizations such as Ford as a Production Supervisor and Ippolito Group, American Iron and Metal, and DEL Metals as Transportation Manager. He is part of the Canadian Armed Forces as an Infantry Reserve Officer for the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders of Canada. He is driven by his focus on customers and value in people in his role at Bay Area Research Logistics including a dedication to his team.
Adam enjoys playing golf in his free time as well as spending quality time with his family. He has deployed twice to Afghanistan, and once domestically for the Ottawa Flood Relief Effort.

Lynn Faubert
Quality Manager Systems and Validation
Lynn oversees all validation activities at Bay Area Research Logistics (BARL) and is responsible for monitoring and evaluating internal processes to ensure that company activities meet industry and regulatory requirements. Lynn maintains key quality management system tracking and performance metrics to develop recommendations for improvements to the management team. She manages quality systems and ensures strategic goals are met. Lynn’s focus is to effectively influence a culture of compliance, and consistently champions quality assurance initiatives across the organization. The fact that Bay Area Research Logistics helps provide care for patients with novel conditions is very rewarding to her.
Lynn received her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) at Western University. She has worked for over 20 years in the regulatory industry, including at International Bio Institute, with a focus on pre-clinical (GLP) and clinical (GCP) studies. She has also worked at a CRO that specializes in cognitive research and pain management studies. At Bay Area Research Logistics, she is dedicated to the quality she delivers in her work, and focuses on the accountability of the products and services of Bay Area Research Logistics.
Her past industry background also fits into her passions outside of work; Lynn is an advocate for agriculture and local farmers. As a farmer herself, she has sponsored rodeos, and has worked with young individuals, exposing them to farm life, and the fun of horseback riding. Lynn also enjoys pulling out a guitar around the bonfire when camping with her family, or catching a beautiful shot over one of the lakes in the Muskokas.

Salah Salehi
Director of Quality
As Director of Quality at Bay Area Research Logistics, Salah handles all regulatory compliance. His favourite part about working at BARL is that the company provides an essential service not widely available in Canada. He believes that the dedication of staff to clients needs through a high level of detail and flexibility makes the company stand out from the crowd.
Salah earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at McMaster University and, since graduating, has gained 25 years of experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control and assurance, product development, and clinical logistics. He is driven by a commitment to transparency, integrity, and continuous improvement. By putting himself in the clients shoes, Salah always keeps quality top of mind.
Outside of work, Salah enjoys spending time with his family and helping neighbours. People and their safety and happiness are truly the focus of Salah’s world.

Gina Howley
Logistics Lead
Gina oversees the timely shipping and material deliveries for Bay Are Research Logistics. She also obtains quotes for potential international shipments. What Gina loves most about BARL is her coworkers. They work well together because they know each other’s strengths and weaknesses, and leverage these strengths to make the company even more successful.
Gina graduated from Humber College with a Pharmacy Technician’s Certificate then worked for 15 years at McMaster Hospital in the inpatient and outpatient pharmacy. While she is working at BARL she continues to work part time at a pharmacy to keep up those skills. In her career, her values of integrity and dependability drive her hard work.
Her family is a huge part of her life and she enjoys spending time with them and reading in her free time. Every Canada Day she takes a road trip with her friends for a tour of Niagara wineries.

Cristina Senobio
Clinical Trial Coordinator
Cristina is one of Bay Area Research Logistics Clinical Trials Coordinators, and is one of the first points of contact for our clients. She manages the execution of service agreements, ensures timelines are met, and resolves any client issues. She loves the ever changing environment of BARL and the flexible, boutique experience we offer clients. Something unique is happening every day and this keeps her on her toes and always learning.
Cristina received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Clinical Laboratory Sciences in the Philippines and later upgraded her courses at the University of Alberta. She also obtained her SOCRA certification and studied Project Management at Sheridan College. Cristina has worked as a project manager and scientist at various big pharma and contract research organizations with a focus on first-in-man clinical trials. At BARL, Cristina continues to work with integrity and a focus on providing the best experiences for her clients.
Outside of work Cristina coaches kid’s basketball and loves to cook for others. She is creative and loves to paint, draw, and build things.
