Lynn Faubert

Quality Manager Systems and Validation

Lynn oversees all validation activities at Bay Area Research Logistics (BARL) and is responsible for monitoring and evaluating internal processes to ensure that company activities meet industry and regulatory requirements. Lynn maintains key quality management system tracking and performance metrics to develop recommendations for improvements to the management team. She manages quality systems and ensures strategic goals are met. Lynn’s focus is to effectively influence a culture of compliance, and consistently champions quality assurance initiatives across the organization. The fact that Bay Area Research Logistics helps provide care for patients with novel conditions is very rewarding to her.

Lynn received her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) at Western University. She has worked for over 20 years in the regulatory industry, including at International Bio Institute, with a focus on pre-clinical (GLP) and clinical (GCP) studies. She has also worked at a CRO that specializes in cognitive research and pain management studies. At Bay Area Research Logistics, she is dedicated to the quality she delivers in her work, and focuses on the accountability of the products and services of Bay Area Research Logistics.

Her past industry background also fits into her passions outside of work; Lynn is an advocate for agriculture and local farmers. As a farmer herself, she has sponsored rodeos, and has worked with young individuals, exposing them to farm life, and the fun of horseback riding. Lynn also enjoys pulling out a guitar around the bonfire when camping with her family, or catching a beautiful shot over one of the lakes in the Muskokas.
